One year later...

Oh yeah...I seem to remember something about ¨having a weblog.¨

Well, I´ve got a new purpose for keeping it updated now (as if anyone would still check it.) But first, an update: I never made it to China. At the last minute, I switched plans and worked for a large firm in NYC. It was a good summer, regardless. I learned a lot, got paid for it and still managed to spend way too much money traveling.

A year later...I finally made it abroad! I arrived in Caracas today for an internship with a small law firm that does impressive work for impressive clients. I´m a bit overwhelmed by arriving in Caracas and realizing that I´ll have a tremendous opportunity to do a lot of really great legal work, so I´ll save my thoughts on that for the coming days.

In the meantime, just know that I´ve arrived safelyand that I haven´t yet seen any protests of Chavez´s decision to close Venezuela´s oldest and largest television station (although my coworkers tell me that they could watch the protests from the windows in the office here.)

More to come! I promise!

You'd better keep up the blogging POS, or we'll THROW YOU IN THE POOL! Great seeing your pos face and pos mustache in Italy... good luck with the internship and Caracas. Also if Amanda permits I'll introduce you to some very sweet little ladies there. :)

I love that you haven't sold your soul yet to corporate law. No Skadden or Latham in your future....you will actually be helping people :)
